概述

1652属于含有多个锚固基团的高分子型超分散剂，在各种体系通用性广，对于各种有机颜料特别是炭黑有极好的润湿分散能力，对炭黑具有优异的降粘、稳定、提高色相强度，可以大大降低研磨体系的操作粘度，增加颜料填充量，同时有极强的防止絮凝返粗的能力，可极大提高色浆的储存稳定性。

特性

适用于中高极性体系，与常用的涂料树脂匹配性好，在涂料体系中有很好的通用性。

能显著提高基料对颜料的润湿分散性能，降低体系粘度，增进流动性，缩短研磨分散时间，具有优秀的防止返粗的能力，相对于小分子型的润湿分散剂而言，可以大大提高色浆的储存稳定性。适用于各类工业涂料、防腐涂料、摩托车漆等。

应用体系与用量

适用于中高极性体系，根据不同使用体系添加量不同，对于无机颜料8%－15%，对于有机颜料30%-85%，对炭黑60%－120%（根据颜料的比表面积而定)。

使用方法

1.将该分散助剂加入基料中搅匀，然后加入颜料及填料进行分散，适用于砂磨、辊磨、球磨等任何分散方式。

2.高色素炭黑和乙炔炭黑及高档有机染料需预浸泡处理。可将分散剂LD-1652先溶于处理液中，然后加入颜料高速搅拌30-40分钟，放置12小时，研磨至要求细度，效果尤佳。

包装与储存 

25KG、50KG铁桶或塑料桶包装。 

远离热和火源，存放于0-40℃通风阴凉环境中，密封保存。

Third, characteristic

It is suitable for medium and high polarity systems, has good matching with common coating resins, and has good universality in coating systems.

It can significantly improve the wetting and dispersion performance of the base material to the pigment, reduce the system viscosity, improve the fluidity, shorten the grinding and dispersion time, and has excellent ability to prevent coarsening. Compared with the small molecular wetting dispersant, it can greatly improve the storage stability of the color paste. It is suitable for all kinds of industrial coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, motorcycle coatings, etc.

Fourth, Application system and dosage

It is suitable for medium and high polarity systems. The addition amount is different according to different systems, 8% - 15% for inorganic pigments, 30% - 85% for organic pigments and 60% - 120% for carbon black (depending on the specific surface area of pigments).

Fifth, usage method

1. Add the dispersing agent into the base material and mix well, and then add pigment and filler for dispersion. It is suitable for any dispersion methods such as sand grinding, roller grinding, ball milling, etc.

2. High pigment carbon black, acetylene carbon black and high-grade organic dyes need to be pre soaked. The dispersant ld-1652 can be dissolved in the treatment solution, then added with pigment, stirred at high speed for 30-40 minutes, placed for 12 hours, and ground to the required fineness. The effect is particularly good.

Sixth, packing

25kg or 50kg iron drum / plastic drum

Keep away from heat and fire sources, store in a ventilated and cool environment at 0-40 ℃ and keep sealed.
